We originally picked jet black N1B and chocolate mahogany however when we saw the colors together the chocolate mahogany was too light and orangey and too brassy. So I obviously didn’t plan time to color the weft so I had my assistant put on the color while I started putting on the foundations so we didn’t lose any time so we could still get her fully done that same day. We used redken shades EQ 3NB and then let the color sit for 15 min and then she rinsed washed and blow dried. By the time that was done I had the foundations in and was able to go back and sew all the hair. I know not everyone has an assistant but this is one of the reasons why having an assistant is worth the money because you can avoid little issues like this and now I don’t have to book out time on my books to fix it.
