I was asked to show what a healthy grow out looks like so I got this grow out to show you and I also just threw in the move up along with it.
This is after 5 weeks of wear, she has in 3 layers of IW on this row. She has really thick hair naturally so you can see her grow out is still enough density to hold the extensions. If they come back and the grow out looks too thin to keep holding the weight then you would want to do a reinstall. Or if they go too long and there is a lot of matting you will want to do a reinstall!
She also only gets her hair washed once a week by me at the salon so of course her aftercare is perfection! lol!
Im also showing how to fix if the silicone is coming out of a bead and prevention from an issue with that happening. Also how to move up the bead with the thread in it!

Here is how you want to prep your closure before installing your mesh integration!
You want to be sure to round the corners, and cut a more realistic hairline around the top. It’s not natural looking and clear indicator if the hairline is completely straight on the closure.
Next you want to take your chalk pencil, wet it (so it writes easier) and then mark your closure. You want to mark the center point and then connect the inner point of that line on a diagonal to the corners. This line will be your guide of where to sew on your closure and where you should place that middle point forward on the hairline.

Hey everyone! Here is my in depth tutorial of how I install the butterfly weft extensions! I use the ones from @maliaextensions (use code: sarahpage15 )and they are so flexible and comfortable. I was using the 3.4 mm beads from @meshmasteryedu and doing each hole with ones single bead. A lot of people will do 2 holes of hair at a time with ones bead because its basically the size of your normal beaded weft section.
You know Im always testing and having your back so I did some single and some double and im going to see what the feedback is from my client for comfort, and grow out. I created this process because I didnt feel comfortable just going in rogue with a rocket hook. I like things perfect, clean, and precise! This is just PART 1 so watch the next video for PART 2!

This is how I log and store my back stock hair. You can get these hanging bags on Amazon from my storefront! This keeps things more organized, doesn’t take up to much space, keeps the hair preserved and makes it more efficient when you need to see what hair you have in stock. Here is how I do what I call the Skeleton method for sewing in the infinity wefts or any other weft you choose. No matter which weft you’re using you’re going to do the same process. I like this method for flex weft so you can still hide the beads when they wear a ponytail Without having to deconstruct the weft.

Here is how I sew clips onto Infinity wefts which is a great way to add value to your clients extensions when they decide to take them out and/or if you just wanna give them a customized set of clip ins that will be super seamless and easy for them to put in! I definitely think it would be much easier if you clipped the weft to the head of a mannequin while you are sewing. The clips I am using can be found on my Amazon link in the highlights or in my Sarah Page bio.

In this video, I’m showing you how I remove the wefts and how I adjust my foundation and then after the video, I basically just sew in the same way I did in the beginning, but on this adjusted foundation without having to remove the entire thing.

This video will show you how to connect the edges together mid row. I cut back the edge of one of the layers on this infinity weft install to make the edge flat and more discreet, and also alleviate tension and heaviness on those corners while still making the density she desired available.

Here are my tricks for dong a quick and efficient shadow root!

Here are all my tips on how to efficiently do a move up when sewing in your wefts the hybrid way!

This is my process when I need to refresh someone’s color and bleach out the root, but it’s not time for a reinstall. I always protect the extension hair with a thick conditioner and I always keep the bleach off the beads. We used 20volume blondme lightener and pulp riot exoplanet for the pink color. Then when she comes in for her reinstall we will bleach all the hair in between and give her a full refresh! Make sure you take your time so you can be meticulous and keep the bleach away from the extensions. 💫

Here’s the new infinity weft anchor! If you’re not sure how I got to this point watch the previous video! ♥️

Here is how I clip my infinity/genius weft to the head to prepare for sewing in my anchor. I like to get my anchor corner attached and then as I sew I adjust and smooth and clip. To save time I don’t use a ton of little clips because I know as I go I will likely need to adjust and using a ton of clips just wastes time!

Here is an in-depth video showing how I decide to section out and where to place my bottom row. Top row video coming soon!

I created this new technique to alleviate any issues on the corners when installing @bellamihairpro infinity wefts on super fine hair! My new technique removes any stress or tension on that front bead so it’s more secure and won’t come undone while also preventing the edge from growing back and putting more stress on the corner!
This is why I love this page because I’m like the macguyver of hair extensions and I’m always creating new ways to solve any issue and help you give the most flawless and safe installs!

Here is how I colored the infinity wefts using the new pulp riot cosmic collection in colors exoplanet and dark matter! Lots of tips and tricks in this one! Hope u all find this helpful! 💜💜💜💕💕💕

Here is how I prepped my girl’s hair after removing her tapes for her pink/purple transformation! I used a soap cap (lightener, developer, shampoo)(equal parts) to gently remove the previous color as best as I could and then we were able to start with a cleaner canvas! 💜

Here is a good tutorial for how to remove tapes the safest way! I use C/22 and it’s in my amazon shop if you would like to purchase. But PLEASE note this is only to be used on the tapes if you don’t plan on reusing them! If you are reusing them you have to use an alcohol based product then when all tapes are out of the hair you can use the C/22 to get the residue out of the hair! Then clarify and re apply! 💜

My client completely burnt off the ends of her top layer using way too much heat from her hairdryer, so I used this placement to blend her top layer. Of course she has the type of hair where her top layer is the thickest part of the head. So luckily for her we were able to go super high with the infinity weft. In this video I show the placement of all the layers. Also made the previously posted video of how I placed her layers together so they don’t create bulk at the seam. I also have a video showing the original colors we picked and how I used my time management to custom color last minute to avoid her having to come back or my day getting out of hand. I have the cutting video coming soon and I made sure to show you at the end how it looks straight and curled. She wouldn’t let me take any videos of the front so I am so sorry for that but you guys can get the idea right?
On the bottom row, I layered the black first N1B in the middle, and the color chocolate mahogany on top. Her nape was one of the most important places to make sure it blends, and her nape was black so that’s why I put that on the bottom, and I saved the rest of the black for the top which was also black. The top of the hair is also the other most important spot to color match perfectly. In the middle, she had a lot of brown so I mixed the bottom layer chocolate mahogany, middle I did N1B, and the top chocolate mahogany. On the top, I did N1B and one layer of black. Be sure to check out the previous two videos to get more details on this install. If you have any questions please leave them in the comments!

Here is my trick for avoiding bulk at the seam when you’re layering and sewing in infinity wefts.

We originally picked jet black N1B and chocolate mahogany however when we saw the colors together the chocolate mahogany was too light and orangey and too brassy. So I obviously didn’t plan time to color the weft so I had my assistant put on the color while I started putting on the foundations so we didn’t lose any time so we could still get her fully done that same day. We used redken shades EQ 3NB and then let the color sit for 15 min and then she rinsed washed and blow dried. By the time that was done I had the foundations in and was able to go back and sew all the hair. I know not everyone has an assistant but this is one of the reasons why having an assistant is worth the money because you can avoid little issues like this and now I don’t have to book out time on my books to fix it. Shout out to all the assistants out there in the world!!
